Patrick has held the position of Chief Financial Officer with a start up, which he helped grow to $60M, and with a large subsidiary of a publicly traded company, where he tripled the EBITDA vs target.
Patrick was VP & Controller with a large ($150M) financial services company and controller of a large telecom company. Additionally, he was Accounting Manager for start up whereby he built the accounting department from scratch, including implementation of a new accounting system.
Patrick was Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for a large ($1.2B) publicly traded company where he redesigned the planning process into a highly collaborative, strategic assessment and overhaul of the traditional process. He has also built activity based models for companies, separating fixed vs variable expenses creating great insights and cost controls.
Patrick has built several commission and bonus plans across his career. He built a dynamic bonus plan for a large ($1.2B) publicly traded company that identified detailed departmental and group KPIs and aligned those KPIs with individual bonus metrics. This plan was credited for driving significant improvement, employee/company alignment and financial results. Patrick also built a national sales program and corresponding commission plan for a manufacturer which increased revenue (+25%) and helped the company evolve into other markets, supporting new industries.
Patrick has experience with successful transactions in all areas; due diligence, valuations and integration. These transactions have ranged from $10 million to $650 million. On the largest of these transactions, he led both the due diligence and integration. The latter resulted in more than doubling the expected synergies.
Patrick is heavily involved in every engagement, using his deep experience in business during his 36-year career. He has exceeded expectations in every role and on every engagement.
Dana has over 15 years of experience with establishing companies as prominent and influential experts within their industry. Her latest focus has been in the Federal AEG industry. This has been through demonstrating expertise, innovation, strategic thinking and strong operational processes and core values.

This has been accomplished through understanding current market needs and trends, definining the USP/Dominant Selling Idea, and creating targeted strategies that build long-term client relationships that maximize profitability.
Through her experience as a business developer and account manager, Dana has provided sales teams with the resources, knowledge, and tools they need to be successful. This has been accomplished through training, coaching, and customized marketing materials that increase sales effectiveness and grow revenue.
Dana's career started in business development, and she has over 20 years of proven industry experience. Her expertise in conducting industry research, strategically identifying key pursuits, developing capture plans, building relationships, nurturing and securing new clients, and building long-term relationships has driven notable revenue growth and profits for many organizations.
